Not necessary for me
As I never consume sugar or refined carbohydrates, I find fish oil unnecessary. I discovered it can lead to irregular heartbeats and palpitations, making it feel as though I was experiencing a heart attack or stroke! It disrupted my sleep with odd sensations. A healthy diet likely negates the need for fish oil, which seems aimed at those with imbalanced omega-3 and omega-6 ratios due to processed foods.

No benefit noted
I don't believe it offers any significant benefit; I simply didn’t notice much improvement. One of my brothers recommended it, and I regrettably tried it, but it was very disappointing, like other brands I've encountered. There was no final effect or benefit. I advise sticking to natural food only.
